1 · Find the value pool
Identify who pays, why the pool grows, and whether growth is volume, price, mix, asset inflation or acquisition.
Industry analysis without false peers
For each company, start with five questions: what creates demand, how price is set, what limits capacity, where cost or funding enters, and which observable would prove the thesis wrong or right. The clusters below are search cohorts. They do not imply that their accounting, risk or economics are directly comparable.
Identify who pays, why the pool grows, and whether growth is volume, price, mix, asset inflation or acquisition.
Capacity may be a licence, fleet, factory, lease, labour force, order book, funding line or customer approval.
Revenue is not owner cash. Follow inventory, receivables, capex, leases, loan-book funding and refinancing.
An economic search cohort, not an automatic peer set. Definitions and company perimeters still need reconciliation.
